The Aqua Festival returns to Jesolo from June 9 to 26, 2026. The fourth edition will take place along the beachfront of Piazza Brescia, which will be transformed for the occasion into an open-air space dedicated to gatherings, music, and discussions about the present.
This year's theme is “On the Shore”: the beach becomes a place for listening and sharing, amid words and sounds just a few steps from the sea. There will be no seating: participants sit directly on the sand, with their own beach towels, for a simple and informal experience.

Chiara Francini, an actress and author who ranks among the most original voices on the contemporary scene, brings to the festival a reflection on the roots and silent power of memory. In her novel *Le querce non fanno limoni* (*Oaks Don’t Bear Lemons*), she delves into family memory and the broader history of Italy, constructing a tapestry in which resilience becomes an everyday gesture and dignity an act of resistance.
