The Competition
100 pairs of amateur cooks compete against each other with 60 minutes to win the title of Grillers of the Year. The jury, made up of chefs and food and wine journalists, evaluates cooking technique, taste, presentation… and charm.

The Big News for 2026
For the first time in the history of Griglie Roventi, the audience won’t be watching the competition from the outside: they’ll be right in the middle of it, among the grillers. The dance floor becomes the beating heart of the arena, with music and karaoke from Radio WOW keeping the party going all night long, while all around, 200 amateur chefs grill the dish of a lifetime.
