On Friday, the 28th, at9:00 p.m.,the Federica Michisanti Trio will perform at Piazza del Bersagliere in Cortellazzo:

The invisible interplay between the salty waters of the Adriatic and the fresh waters of the Piave River will serve as the backdrop for the concert opening the fourth weekend of Sile Jazz. Setting the evening’s captivating and intriguing rhythm—an event organizedin collaboration with the Cortellazzo Citizens’ Committee—will be the trio led by bassistFederica Michisanti, who, since winning the Top Jazz award in the new talent category in 2018, has developed an increasingly distinctive compositional style that has earned her the prestigious award twice more and led to an invitation to join Ornella Vanoni’s band for the “Le donne e la musica” tour.
Rounding out the trio are the talents of vibraphonistGianluca Manfredonia and drummerAlessandro Marzi.

Sile Jazz offers the community an opportunity to come together and rediscover the areas along the river, presenting the public with some of the most original, innovative, and creative soloists and composers on the contemporary music scene, with the aim of showcasing the region, even its least-known corners.
