In Jesolo, the start of the new year is celebrated with the traditional New Year’s Day Dip: Thursday, January 1, starting at 11:49 a.m. on the stretch of beach in front of the Hotel Nettuno (23rd beach access point).

In addition to serving as a symbolic and unique way to welcome the coming year, the event is also a fundraiser. All proceeds will be donated to Just Friends Onlus, an organization that supports children and adolescents with rare genetic diseases and disabilities.
