Our flexible rates include: in the low season that the customer can cancel free  up to 3 days before arrival. The customer pays the total amount of the first night if he cancels in the 3 days before arrival. If the customer does not show up, he will have to pay the total amount of the reservation. In high season the customer can cancel for free up to 7 days before arrival. The customer pays the total amount up to 3 nights of the reservation if he cancels in the 7 days before arrival. If the customer does not show up, he will have to pay the total amount of the reservation. With our flexible rates no advance payment is required but only the credit card as guarantee.
