Jesolo is a green city, in every way! In addition to always encouraging residents and tourists in environmentally sustainable choices, the city offers a large number of equipped parks for all needs.
In Jesolo, the green of nature lies alongside the blue of the two rivers, the water of the Venetian Lagoon and the Adriatic Sea. Jesolo is a city made of water. There are different areas of the lido and a large park in the town in which to unwind after a day at the beach or a long walk, admiring the remarkable examples of landscape architecture or the plant and animal life.
Learn more about the main green areas of Jesolo in this section. All parks aim to ensure the greatest possible accessibility and are designed for the whole family. There are specific fenced off areas equipped with a multitude of games and attractions for children, not to mention numerous sports facilities where adults can relax and stay in shape.

THE CITY’S PARKS

PARCO GRIFONE
Almost 20,000 sqm of park on offer near Piazza Milano, Jesolo Lido, where you can truly relax, a stone’s throw away from the sea.
Parco Grifone is divided into different areas, all characterised by their large green spaces. Part of the immense park is equipped with modern facilities for physical well-being, another part is dedicated to children, ensuring them with fun and safety, while the rest of the park is intended for the well-being of everyone, with large areas in which to relax and recharge.

PARCO TRIESTE
Parco Trieste, located in the central piazza of the same name, is a small peaceful oasis in the centre of Lido di Jesolo. The 5000 sqm of park is designed for families, with numerous equipped areas where children can play safely.
The green area is also perfect for picnics thanks to the dedicated areas, and provides a backdrop for a walk in the heart of nature. Explore the pedestrian path among the green dunes and typical local vegetation.

PARCO EUROPA
Parco Europa is the largest park in Jesolo town, extending for nearly 13,000 sqm. The park is focused on accessibility for everyone. Entrances and preferential spaces are available to facilitate access for people with disabilities and their carers.
The style of Parco Europa is unique. Classic games and attractions found in all parks are combined with elements to stimulate children’s imaginations, encouraging them to create games with the means they have available.

PARCO PEGASO
The Parco Pegaso is a theme park located in Jesolo Lido, dedicated to the winged horse from Greek mythology, and retells some of its history in the various themed areas.
In addition to the impressive attractions, the park is equipped with a picnic area, where you can dine under the stars in summer, in the middle of nature.
One of the most popular features of the park is the botanical diversity: each period of the year is a show of colours and perfumes, all to discover.

Around the park there are some green areas:
- Pegasus’s gold bridles: a long path for sports activities
- A green area for dogs to stretch their legs: here dogs can run around in freedom, whilst they must be kept on a lead inside the park
And not to be missed:
- Spring blooms of 110,000 hyacinth bulbs (Muscari armeniacum) on HORSES OF POSEIDONE
- Apple trees in blossom in spring and autumn with small coloured apples in the GARDEN OF ATHENA
- Medicinal herbs, dyeing and butterfly attractions in the GARDEN OF ATHENA
- 40,000 crocus (Crocus) bulbs flowering on the hills of the GARDEN OF PEGASUS
- Phyto-purifying plants and water lilies (Nymmphaea alba L.) in the lake in MIRROR OF ANDROMEDA
- Sport carried out at the top of the OLYMPUS HILL in the GARDEN OF ZEUS sports area and, over 6,000 narcissus (Narcissus poeticus recurvus) in spring

PARCO DIRITTI DEI BAMBINI – CA’ SILIS
The park is a huge green area of 70.000 mq, situated halfway between the Lido and the town of Jesolo, on the shore of the river Sile. The park offers a relaxing pastoral panorama, with spectacular summer sunsets.
Inside the park you will find various leisure facilities for the whole family, including a modern skate park for stunt lovers.
The park owes its name to an important initiative, brought about by the town of Jesolo in 2016, to remind ourselves that institutions need to work every day for children’s rights.
In addition to the typical plants and wildlife of the area, in the park you will find:
- Two multi-purpose playing fields
- A roller skating lane
- Two bowls fields
- Four areas with accessible games for children with disabilities
- A keep-fit route
- Three picnic areas
- Two connected groundwater ponds
A large pedestrian path runs from north to south in the centre of the Park, grouping together the various routes and connecting all the equipped areas.
The park is easily accessible by car or by bike, thanks to the cycle-pedestrian route the right of via Roma.
The park is always open.

PARCO PINETA
The Parco Pineta is perhaps the most famous green area in Jesolo, designed by the famous Portuguese landscaper João Ferreira Nunes in the heart of Lido di Jesolo, a stone’s throw away from the sea.
The area, characterised by the presence of a large number of long-stemmed plants, extends across a whole 16,500 square meters and is a real educational park for children, with paths dedicated to different varieties of botany and information signs in the main parts.
The park was designed to maximise the pre-existing pine forest and offers breathtaking glimpses and panoramas, also thanks to the wooden footbridges that make the visit unmissable, for a moment of unique relaxation.
The park is not equipped for picnics and does not have games for children.

PARCO DEI CIGNI
The Parco dei Cigni is located in the center of Jesolo Paese, a stone’s throw from the Town Hall. The area owes its name to the majestic birds that swim in the waters of the Sile River, which the Park overlooks, to give you an enchanted atmosphere and beautiful sunsets, surrounded by nature.
The Park has different areas, equipped with large green spaces and some truly suggestive panoramic points, ideal for locations of important events, including weddings. The children’s play area comes alive throughout the year with various initiatives, including “Fairy Tales in the Park”, an event in which the fantastic world of children’s stories comes to life, to give the whole family a magical day.
The park is always open.
